Cadbury has always been my favourite chocolate brand as a child. For sure, I wouldn’t say no to this milky creamy delight ever. And when Cadbury introduced Silk in the market, nothing could compare to this silky smooth velvety texture of chocolate that melts in the mouth. It was love at first bite. There’s a large population of India that agrees with me, I’m sure.

The launch of the marketing campaign of Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Oreo was held at Flavour Dairies, Khar on 4th Feb, 2017. Chef Micheal Swamy demonstrated some interesting recipes with new Dairy Milk Silk Oreo. Cooking with some fabulous ingredients and engaging bloggers with hands on experiences.

Some of these dishes were dished up by our talented bloggers. I assisted Chef Mohit Chotrani to make a spectacular dish we named ‘ Silk Herberarian”. The dish consisted of Marscapone Cheese, Pink Pepper Corn, some Chili Salt, Crushed Oreo, Cadbury Silk Oreo and Dried Fruits and that’s it.
