A Teacher’s Job is Never Done – Teachers Day Celebration
Teachers Day Celebration
A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning.
Thank you, Dear Teacher
I am thankful to all the teachers to date. Some have left a very strong impression in my life. It’s been even more special interacting with them when I took up teaching as a career too. For 25 years I took up the challenge to facilitate toddlers while being a contributor in their milestones and all-round growth.
A Special Thanks to Mom
A special thanks to my Mother – Moti Irani who has been my teacher in the school as well. I later joined the same school and took up teaching in the preschool section. She guided me, to be honest, fair and never give up. Look at the positive side and move on. She was always motivating me to try innovative styles of teaching. Hard work was her forte, she never used shortcuts. A very inspiring person I wish to recognize today. I owe my success to her. #HappyTeachersDay
Why we celebrate Teachers Day
We celebrate Teachers Day on 5th September, in India as a mark of respect to the contribution made by teachers in the field of Education.5th September is also the birth anniversary of a great teacher Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was a firm believer of Education and was a well-known diplomat, scholar, the President of India and above all, a teacher. We need to show our gratitude towards our dear teachers hence we celebrate Teacher’s day, every year. Students express their fondest love on that day. I have some beautiful memories of Teachers day.
Reasons Why We Should Always Have Teachers Day Celebration
1. Teachers are the second mothers in school
Teachers are like second sets of parents for their students in school. They play a very important role in molding their students’ lives, both positively and negatively. A good teacher not only teaches the syllabus but also inspires their students to dream and work towards achieving it, be it a young or a grown-up student.
2. A Teacher doesn’t work for the salary
We all know the conditions of Teachers salaries in India. The stress of correcting papers, meeting deadlines and completing the syllabus is so immense but the salaries are so less. Many teachers have opted out of this profession as an afterthought since it does not pay well. Those who are passionate about teaching or have no other options continue without complaining. These special teachers need to be appreciated and felicitated on Teachers day.
3. Teachers are influential
Teaching is the most influential job in the world. The teacher is the ones who impart good value in children and turn them into responsible citizens. Sometimes a child will listen to a teacher more than his/her parents. That is the impact a good teacher has on the student. Their teaching remains with us for our entire life and helps us to grow and progress consistently. So, the teacher’s day is the best occasion to let them know how much they mean to us.
Happy Teacher’s Day to one and all
Teacher’s Day is a great occasion for celebrating and enjoying the relationship between teachers and students. So, try to meet your teachers on the day and convey your wishes. If they far then send the message and make his/her day memorable. As we all should remember that teachers affect eternity; no one can tell where their influence stops.
Moms should definitely take a look at this fantastic website Babyvine for tips on kids healthy development and wellbeing.

First of all Happy Teacher’s Day to you! It is very good that you inherited your teaching skills from your mother. I too believe that nobody can equalize the sacrifice of teachers. Salute to them!
