Maybelline New York’s White Super Fresh Compact Powder

I am excited today to review the new Maybelline 12 hour Fresh Compact that has just launched in the market.

Love at first sight

Maybelline Compact powder is beautifully styled in a white compact case. It came in a sturdy yet sleek round plastic case with a mirror attached to the lid. A good quality application puff is also provided along with the package. The puff and the powder are separated by a thin plastic film. I really loved it instantly 🙂

Price- At Rs 150/- for 8 g
Shades – Available in 3 shades for your skin tone: Pearl (Light to Medium), Shell (Medium) & Coral (Medium to Dark).

Smell- No particular strong smell but a pleasant feel overall.

Main Ingredient –contains pure perlite, a skin perfecting powder that makes skin lighter while absorbing sweat and oil.

My experience

At the beginning I used it in the mornings. The new Maybelline New York’s White Super Fresh Compact Powder gives a neat matte finish to the skin on application. It did not feel chalky and blended evenly and smoothly. It lightened all my blemishes on my face. It was non too powdery and felt natural, like the no make up look. Best of all I did not sweat or feel something is applied on my face.

What I like about Maybelline 12 Hour Fresh Compact Powder

• Attractive, easy to carry packaging.
• Has a good inbuilt mirror.
• lightening smooth effect on skin.
• The texture is not chalky .
• Mild fragrance.
• Economically priced.
  What I didn’t like about Maybelline  Compact Powder
• Lacks SPF so sunscreen has to be applied before compact.
• You need to touch up after 6 hours at work to feel fresh again.
• No ingredients list.

  Final Verdict

  Overall I liked the product, as it is value for money. It gives a decent effect after application. If you have not  then you must give it a try soon.
